  • 3-4 runs

  • 1-2 strength workouts

  • 6-10 hours/week  (or more)

The plan is placed in a TrainingPeaks calendar on a bi-weekly basis, therefore it can be adapted according to your personal schedule (family,job, racing etc)

 

 This program is designed to help you achieve a personal best. Each week will consist of:

  • 3 swims

  • 3-4 bikes

  • 3-4 runs

  • 1-2 strength workouts

  • 7-12 hours/week

communication frequency:  1 call and ca. 4 e-mails a month

 

 

 

180 €/month

PREMIUM

 

 

The plan is placed in a TrainingPeaks calendar on a weekly basis... this helps me to monitor your workouts and progress. This plan can constantly be adapted after contact via chat (skype) or mail during the week, according to your personal schedule (family,job, racing, weather, holidays, injuries etc)

 

 This program is designed to help you achieve a personal best. Each week will consist of:

  • 3 swims

  • 3-4 bikes

  • 3-4 runs

  • 1-2 strength workouts

  • 10-15 hours/week...or more

  • basically you will work harder during 3 weeks followed by a active recovery week..

250 €/month

** Minimum 4 month commitment

communication frequency:  unlimited e-mails or skype or whats app, 1 skype call per month

** Athletes are required to have a Garmin/GPS + heart rate device and encouraged to have a power meter (but not required) to ensure the best quality training plan is provided to the athlete based on their current and developing fitness.
